Villa Desciption: Our bright and spacious apartment is on a beautiful complex that has something for everyone. We are situated in a quiet area of Didim with bars, shops and restaurants close by and within easy access to the beaches and main resort.
Accommodation Information: The apartment is open plan with 2 sofa beds in the living area we have satellite t.v. dvd player, coffee table and nest of tables with lamps. The dining area has a corner table and seating for six. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your self catering needs, with patio doors opening on to the larger balcony which has a built in bbq and patio furniture. The apartment benefits from hot or cold air conditioning throughout. Bedroom 1: Is spacious with a double bed, wardrobe with rail, shelves and drawers, large chest of drawers and two bedside tables with lamps, we also have a door from here which opens on to the smaller balcony which has a small table and chairs. With having two balconies you can be sure of the sun or shade(whichever you prefer) all day long. Bedroom 2: Has twin beds, wardrobe with rails, shelves and drawers, bedside cabinet with lamp. Bathroom : Fully tiled with large shower and cubicle, wash hand basin and toilet, we also have a shelving unit for all your toiletries. We have a full length mirror in the hallway. For children: We have a travel cot, highchair,(so no extra expense to hire these) changing mat bottle sterilising unit selection of bowls, cups and cutlery, small box of toys, board games, Nintendo game cube and selection of dvds. All windows in the apartment are fitted with locks. The Complex: Newly built this luxurious complex is suitable for couples and families. We share with other apartments the following : large outdoor swimming pool, Childs pool, massage/ hydro Jacuzzi, indoor heated pool ( seasonal) large sunbathing terrace with sun beds, bar, café, shop, play park, games room and fitness centre. The complex also offers 24hr reception/security, lifts and intercom door entry system, there is also a courtesy bus to take you to the beach. Mixed Aegean and Mediterranean ornamental gardens surround the complex with artificial waterfalls to add to this relaxing setting. Facilities on the complex are limited during winter months.

Out & About: The Aegean coast is the most beautiful of Turkeys coastline with Altinkum being situated on the west coast, with lots of ancient sites to visit such as Ephesus which has one of the seven wonders of the ancient world (the temple of artemis). There are numerous tour companies for a good selection of boat trips, excursions, scuba diving, Turkish bath and lots more. The Saturday market and Apollo Temple are only 10 min walk from the apartment. With so many bars and restaurants to choose from Altinkum can be as lively or laid back as you want it to be. The harbour and Dolphin Square are lined with lively venues and is a popular choice with holiday makers as there is something to suit all requirements. The Turkish people are very friendly and welcoming.

Booking and Further Information: Conditions: We require £50 deposit to secure booking non refundable for cancellation with balance payable no later than 6 weeks to departure. We also require £50 refundable breakages deposit which will be returned to you as soon as our management have checked the apartment and on your return to U.K. approx 10-14 days Please arrange your own insurance, flights and transfers (we may be able to advise on flights and transfers) For entry in to Turkey an English £10 is required. Prices may be subject to change at owner’s discretion. Please provide your own beach towels and cot linen if needed. The apartment is cleaned with fresh linen for your arrival. Our management are based in Altinkum so someone is always there for you if needed.
