The beautifully appointed villa has been designed to ensure maximum privacy, tranquillity and comfortable accommodation. Designed in a traditional Turkish style, the villa is equipped and furnished to offer every modern convenience. The villa is conveniently located only a 10-15 minute walk from the centre of Dalyan. It is set in a peaceful environment with uninterrupted views towards the open countryside and mountains. Accommodation Information: Yasemin Evi has generously proportioned ground floor accommodation with double doors opening from the poolside terrace into a large open plan kitchen and dining room. A separate lounge area includes a feature open fire, comfortable seating and TV. The upstairs accommodation comprises 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, each with separate outside terraces that give stunning views to the Dalyan mountains and open fields and over the private gardens and pool. The beach is surrounded by the Mediterranean Sea on one side and the Dalyan lagoon on the other. To protect the endangered Loggerhead Turtle who use Iztuzu as a nesting ground, no development has been allowed along the beach. However there are a couple of cafes at either end of the beach, which provide snacks, refreshments and shade. Access to the beach is by \"water boat\", an idyllic 20 minutes journey past the ancient rock tombs, or a scenic 15-minute ride by dolmus (local bus). Out & About: It is impossible to ignore the beauty of Dalyan\'s unique environment; the beach, lake, river and mountains provide a stunning natural setting for every holiday activity. The river provides the heartbeat to the village and is lined with cafes and restaurants serving both traditional Turkish cuisine and European dishes. The boats that moor in the harbour offer trips to all the local sights and to those further a field. The ruins of the ancient city of Caunos date from 3000 BC and among the ruins is a 5000-seat amphitheatre and a stunning series of Lycian rock tombs. The tranquil waters of Lake Koycegiz are a birdwatchers paradise. Hiring a boat or paddling in a canoe among the reed beds provides an opportunity to experience the lake’s calm environment. We would also recommend a boat trip to the far end of the lake to visit the local market at Koycegiz town. Up river you can visit the mud baths and the historic Sultanye thermal springs reputed to be good for the skin and general health. Dalyan market is held in the main square every Saturday, while the main street offers a range of small shops, many selling local arts and crafts. While being an ideal environment for relaxing, the local area offers so much more; walks, bike rides, boat trips, sailing, turtle watching, ancient ruins, scuba diving, parascending, paragliding, micro-flights and jeep safaris. Welcome to Dalyan! Disabled Access: No Travel & Distances: Transfer from Dalaman airport to Yasemin Evi is just 20 to 30 minutes by car or taxi (included in the villa price). The villa is only a 10 to 15 minute walk from Dalyan village and riverfront, while the well-stocked Migros supermarket is conveniently situated between the village and Yasemin Evi. Two bicycles are also included for guests at the villa. The local buses (Dolmus) and the Dalyan boat co-operative run regularly from the village centre to Iztuzu beach and other surrounding areas.
