Villa Desciption: Dolphin View is situated on the Cukarbag Peninsular 2km from the centre of Kas. The apartment has stunning panoramic sea views from the balcony, patio and swimming pool, looking across to the Greek island of Castellorizo. The large patio melts into the surrounding colourful, scented, garden, with many citrus and olive trees. The town bustles with life 12 months of the year, and the regular Friday market is always a good place to buy those bargains. From spring to autumn the nightlife buzzes, with many restaurants and bars and shops staying open till the early hours. The winter is quieter but equally as charming and with temperatures often in the 20’s a pleasant retreat.
Accommodation Information: The apartment is air conditioned. No pets please and we have a no smoking policy indoors. There are several steps and the pool cannot be isolated so we don’t recommend small children under the age of 4/5. A cleaner can be arranged at your expense for any thing other than the changeover clean. There is a library of paper backs, CDs and DVD\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s in the apartment. Swimming towels are NOT provided but can be purchased cheaply in town.
Amenities/Facilities Provided: The Apartment has one double and one twin room. 2 sofa beds in the living room. 2 shower rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, complete with cooker, large fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is washing machine, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, fully equipped linen cupboard with a change of linen and bath towels at your disposal.
Private Pool: No
Coast/Beach: The sea is a 5 min walk from the apartment where you can snorkel in 8m of clear water. There are flattened rocks to sunbathe on. Kas has several pebble beaches but the sandy beaches of Patara, Kaputas and Demre are well worth a visit. Kaputas is 20 mins by car/dolmus, Patara (10km of beautiful sand and dunes) is 40 mins by car or dolmus. Demre is also 40 mins but you will need a car.
Out & About: Activities: Whether you want an activity based holiday, scuba diving, walking, paragliding etc, exploring turkeys historic past or just chilling out Kas offers it all. Local towns of Kalkan and Fethyie can offer you retail therapy. There are several beautiful sandy beaches accessible by bus or car. Hire a gullet for a day or three to travel lazily up and down the beautiful coastline. The buses in Turkey are very efficient and cheap if you don’t want to hire a car. There is an information pack in the apartment with all the details of emergency numbers, restaurants etc.

Travel & Distances: There is a dolmus stop at the top of the road a 10 minute journey to Kas harbour, or 45 minute walk. Other distances Kalkan 25km, Xanthos 50km, Saklikent Gorge 60km, Tlos 60km, Myra 40km, The sunken city of Kekova 25km, Fethyie 100km. The Lycian way (one of the worlds top 10 walks) goes right through Kas. Castellorizo 5km (by sea).
Booking and Further Information: A 20% booking non-refundable deposit is required, with the balance due 8 weeks before the holiday. In the event of a booking cancellation we treat everyone individually depending on the circumstances. Offers available for couples and late booking.
