Villa Desciption: Country Homes Villa is in Kemer (20 mins from Fethiye) and set in private grounds with swimming pool, childs splash pool and gardens. The villa has 4 good sized bedrooms, the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and jacuzzi bath.
Accommodation Information: The villa has a spacious open plan lounge/dining area with a built in open fire place for winter. The kitchen situated just off the lounge gives direct access to a large veranda overlooking the pool and garden area. Included in your accommodation price is a basic food arrival welcome pack including tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bread, jam, eggs and water; a weekly clean/change of bedding and a meet and greet visit.
Amenities/Facilities Provided: The villa is fully furnished including oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, toaster, kettle and air conditioning. We can provide a meet and greet service to answer any questions, give information on area and excursions. We can also arrange airport transfers and car hire.

Out & About: The town of Kemer is only a 10 minute walk away with shops, mini markets and local restaurants. There is a weekly market every Friday where local produce, clothes and souvenirs can be bought. The area is surrounded by pine forests and countryside with a stunning mountain backdrop. Kemer offers the peaceful living of unspoilt Turkey with the added benefit of being within easy reach of many larger towns and attractions. Patara Beach is the nearest beach from Kemer and is over 16km long and takes around 25 minutes to drive there. The cosmopolitan harbour town of Fethiye is only a 20 minute bus ride from Kemer. The local mini bus service runs every 15 minutes in the summer and half hourly throughout winter from Kemer. Fethiye is a bustling traditional Turkish town, with plenty of atmosphere and ambience. In Fethiye you can stroll along the harbour, take boat trips, shop abundantly, eat in a huge selection of restaurants, drink in the many bars and dance the night away. There is also a weekly market every Tuesday that sells everything from leather goods, clothes, spices and food all at bargain prices. Remember to haggle! The famous Oludeniz beach and blue lagoon can be reached from Fethiye and are definitely worth a visit. Hire a car for freedom to travel around independently.

At the time of booking, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total holiday price (including transfers and car hire) is payable. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks before departure date.
