Villa Desciption: Villa Guller is your perfect holiday escape. A large private villa located on the edge of a small village. Hisaronu Koy is just outside of Marmaris and not to be confused with the large town near Fethiye. Not in a complex or noisy area but in an oasis of calm and tranquility close to nature. An ideal retreat from hustle and bustle. Just picture yourself relaxing by the pool, ice cold drink in your hand soaking up the Turkish sun surrounded by lush greenery and the singing of birds. It is not totally isolated Marmaris is just 20Km away. A regular bus service drops you right in the centre of things. Why not hire a car and explore the area and discover the\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'real Turkey\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\' The villa comprises of 2 seperate, self contained levels. Each level has 2 bedrooms each with space to sleep 4 people, shower/toilet, lounge and kitchen/dining area. Set in its own private 5000 sq. metre grounds the villa is not overlooked by neighbours and the pool and terrace is well screened by mature plants and trees ensuring your privacy. The villa comfortably sleeps 8 people.
Accommodation Information: Airport transfers cost £120.00 for upto 8 people. The villa has live in staff on the premises - they have a seperate house within the grounds. They maintain the property, grounds and pool. Their presence is always discrete.

Coast/Beach: The beach is a short 10 minute walk from the villa although it is made up from coarse grit.
Out & About: Close to the villa and within walking distance there are 2 general provision stores and restaurants. Along the beach there are several other restaurants. Marmaris town is accessible by car or local bus and taxi. Marmaris is approx. 20Km away.

Accessibility Information: There are no modifications for disabled access although we have had disabled guests staying at the villa.
Travel & Distances: A car is not neccessary but is recommended to enjoy the surrounding area.
Booking and Further Information: The local bus stops at the top of the lane. A booking deposit of 50% of total (non refundable) and the remainder no later than 30 days from date of travel. A £250 returnable security deposit is also required at this stage. The rental price is for up to 8 people staying at the villa per week. The villa is only rented to one family/party at a time.
