Villa Desciption: A luxury villa, split into 2 apartments, with its own large swimming pool and seperate baby pool situated in private grounds providing a very exclusive feel. The upper, quite superbly finished apartment, sleeps up to 9 people in 4 bedrooms on the two upper floors. The apartment has 3 terraces, for alfresco dining with panaramic views of the mountainous scenery . Access to both floors of the upper apartment is through its own entance and via a marble staircase . The attic level has been romantically styled with a king sized bed, private roof terrace and a jacuzzi for two. Air conditioning, top quality Egytian cotten linen and a complimentary arrival food pack is all free of charge.

Coast/Beach: 4km up Babadag Mountain from the famous hot beach and lagoon of Olu Deniz. This beach is probably one of the most photographed places in the Mediterranean. A protected natural lagoon with tree lined hills and a shallow spit of white pebbly sand gently shelving into the warm turquoise blue sea. Further along the coast you will find another beach, Butterfly valley, a beautiful beach cove visited by the daily boats.
Out & About: Activities Near by } Paragliding in one of Europes best locations. Many affordable local excursions to Historical and natural wonders. Scuba Diving and other water sports Horse Riding, forest walks. Shopping in Fethiye Bazaar and the local markets. Fethiye was once the ancient Lycian town of Telmessos and there are fine rock cut tombs to explore. Plenty of things to do between sun bathing! Visit Patara ,the white sand beach and the Saklikent gorge , an hour by car, or take a trip around the Twelve Islands ,accessible by boat. Visit the river town of Dalyan with its rock tombs and mud baths,or the yachting centre of Gocek. The villa is situated in only a 10 minutes walk from the lively restaurant and shopping resort of Hisaronu which particularly comes to life after dark with its bars,and small shops selling Turkish carpets,gold,leather goods and casual designer clothing at bargain prices! Ovacik has a market on Monday but Tuesday is the large market day, in Fethiye town with its harbour frontage. During the winter months Ovacik becomes a hive of property developments should you be interested in buying a holiday home. (No developement can be carried out between May and October)
