Turkey to ask permission of Baghdad for possible air operations
Turkey would be obliged to seek the permission of the Iraqi government to conduct possible air operations from Jan. 1 to crack down on the terror organization, PKK, in northern Iraq, according to the security pact between Baghdad and the United States.
